The insolvent estates' ability to extinguish the security was governed by Danish law, as the foreign bank had derived its right from the Danish companies as transferors.

A fire erupted on the 1984-built handy bulker Golden Ocean off Indonesia on Saturday and 22 crewmemebers have been evacuated from the ship.
