Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia entries now open across 16 shipping and maritime categories

Entries are now open for the 12th edition of the prestigious Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia – which this year returns to Hong Kong and is hosted at the Intercontinental Hotel, Kowloon, and will include a networking reception and lavish dinner.
Judged by an expert panel of industry thought-leaders, these Awards give companies the chance to tell their success stories to a global audience, regardless of size, through the Asian maritime and shipping industry’s most prestigious honours programme.
The Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia will this year feature sixteen awards, including;

    Green Shipping Award
    Technical Innovation Award
    Corporate Social Responsibility Award
    Safety Initiative Award
    Ship Manager Award
    Ship Owner/Operator Award
    Maritime Law Award
    Ship Finance Award
    Fuel Efficiency Award
    Communications at Sea Award
    Deal of the Year
    Young Person of the Year 2019
    Integration of Women in the Maritime Sector Award
    Personality of the Year 2019
    Lifetime Achievement Award 2019
New this year is the “Integration of Women in the Maritime Sector Award” which recognises the inspirational leadership and huge achievements of the industry’s leading women.
Entering for a Seatrade Award enables companies to share their successes: some of last year’s stories included APL, winners of the Ship Owner/Operator Award; ClassNK, winners of the Technical Innovation Award and Tan Beng Tee, Assistant Chief Executive (Development) at the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore who won the prestigious Seatrade Lifetime Achievement Award. Nominations for the Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia will close on Wednesday 20th March. The shortlist will be announced in May and the winners will be revealed at the Seatrade Maritime Awards Asia ceremony on the evening of Friday 28th June at Hong Kong’s prestigious Intercontinental Hotel in Kowloon.
